- Coffee bar / beverage service: custom stainless steel counters, espresso machine housings, draft system enclosures, shelving, and prep stations — fabricated and installed from across the street
- Museum casework: steel framing for display cases, artifact mounts, signage brackets — the museum casework page identifies fabrication as a need; HDZ is the obvious local shop
- Structural work: the building has visible 45-degree diagonal shear cracks in first-floor ceiling beams with retrofitted steel I-beams — any further structural steel work has a fabricator next door
