On sheet 255, 533 Delaware is a masonry appliance/tire store: labeled appliances 1st / tires 2nd, fireproof except C.B. walls, BUILT 1947, with an attached office (OFF). Directly across Delaware (east) is the large brick McKesson & Robbins, Inc. wholesale-drug warehouse (663, fireproof, built 1947, with liquor storage).
