Largely resolved (2026-07-22). A full-text search of a later edition digitized on Google Books (2016 Trinity University Press printing, id Web_DAAAQBAJ, descended from the 2000 2nd edition) for “Hoffmann” and “Hayman” returns no results for either. The collection’s holding (HH-LIB-2014-0006) is the 1992 first edition specifically, which has no Google Books preview and wasn’t independently searched — so this isn’t a perfect substitute for an in-hand check — but a trivia book that gained no H&H mention across two later editions is unlikely to have dropped one from the first.
